This complete bathroom renovation in Fountainhall transformed a tired, dated space into a bright, elegant bathroom that balances traditional character with modern comfort.

Following a full strip-out, the room was taken back to its original stone walls and floor structure. The project included replacing the entire timber floor, rerouting the drainage system, installing a new 4-inch soil pipe for the relocated WC, and completing new plumbing and electrical works before rebuilding the bathroom to a high standard.

Finished with a freestanding roll-top bath, rainfall shower, wall tiling, porcelain floor tiles and decorative wall panelling, the result is a timeless bathroom that is as functional as it is beautiful. Professionally managed from concept to completion, every stage of the renovation was carefully coordinated to deliver a high-quality finish built to last.
Garden Transformation | Galashiels
This sloping garden offered limited usable outdoor space due to significant changes in ground level across the site.
The project involved excavation, retaining works and the creation of new level platforms throughout the garden.
Timber sleepers were used to form retaining structures and feature steps, while decorative stone and artificial grass provided a low-maintenance finish.
The completed transformation created a practical outdoor living space suitable for seating, entertaining and year-round enjoyment.

Eildon Projects coordinated a comprehensive topographical survey for this proposed development site in Reston, Berwickshire, providing the accurate site data required to progress the design and planning stages.

Working alongside our surveying partners, the survey captured existing buildings, boundaries, roads, drainage, visible services, trees and ground levels across the site. Ground levels were surveyed at 5m intervals, with the completed topographical survey produced showing 0.2m contour intervals in accordance with the client's requirements. The survey was referenced to the Ordnance Survey National Grid and Datum and delivered in both 2D/3D CAD and PDF formats to support the wider design team.
By managing the survey process and coordinating the resulting information into the project, Eildon Projects ensured the client received a reliable topographical survey that supported informed design decisions, reduced project risk and streamlined the planning process.
